WHAT

The coffee shop area downstairs is available for rental. The bookstore upstairs is not available for rental. We do not cater, but you are allowed to bring food. We are not allowed to have any alcohol on premise. Customized or standard drink menus are available. There would be at least one staff member on site at all times.

WHEN

The shop is available for rental most days after 5pm. We are only available prior to 5pm with a buy out price. Please email above for more information. Availability will vary for all rentals.

price

Most simple events where you bring all items and the drink menu is standard are $60 per hour from the time you begin set up until you tear down. More elaborate events are generally $100 an hour with the same timing. Pricing will vary some, but would be confirmed prior to the event date.
